Key Responsibilities: Manage transportation engineering projects including highways, structures, and traffic systems. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, invoicing, and quality control. Serve as the main liaison for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. Prepare construction bid packages and direct internal design staff. Lead project communications and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and knowledge-sharing. Support proposal development and business growth efforts. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Experience: 8–15 years of transportation engineering experience; prior project management preferred.
