What will make you stand out:

• Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

• 6-8 months in TIG Aluminum welding job is preferred

• 1 – 2 years in any TIG welding job, any metal

• Welding degree is preferred

• Finger trigger experience with welders is preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

• Strong awareness of safety

We specialize in training our Welders in Silver plating, Aluminum, Copper, and more.

• We have a 3 year training program to prepare you for power plant welding

• Travel to power plants to repair and maintain bus duct systems

• TIG Aluminum welding for majority of jobs

• Be ready for emergency work

• Comfortable with heights of 60ft or more

• Comfortable welding outdoors in varying climates

• Desire to learn and grow within the training program

• Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

What we are looking for:

• 6 months of experience as a TIG Welder

• 6 months of experience with TIG Aluminum

• Certification of Welding from accredited school is required

• Comfortable with heights

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to become certified in accordance with the company’s welding procedures.

• Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, welding processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods.

• Demonstrative ability to read and write processes.

• Physical ability to independently lift, carry or maneuver up to 50 pounds.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.

• Demonstrative ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrative ability to use computers and shop reference manuals.

• Demonstrative knowledge of blueprint reading.

• Available and open to extensive overnight travel as deemed necessary.
