Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 public school located in Rockland, ME. This contract position begins in late August and is designed for an experienced professional to provide psychological services to support student learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Assist in identifying and addressing barriers to learning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of student services and progress

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong skills in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 6-12 students
• Commitment to promoting a positive and supportive learning environment

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full-time contract position for the 2025-2026 school year
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Location: Rockland, Maine
