FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in Greeley, CO, to provide one-on-one therapy services primarily focused on geriatric patients through innovative house calls. The role offers flexible schedules, clinical autonomy, mentorship programs, and professional growth opportunities within an interdisciplinary team. What you’ll need:
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

In Colorado, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more.
