Seniority: 5–10 years experience

Reports to: Founding team (CEO)

Team: Will lead the existing marketing team

Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Demand Generation Lead to own and scale HitPay’s digital merchant acquisition engine. This is a high-impact, strategic, and execution-driven role focused on generating qualified sign-ups from SMBs and mid-sized businesses across Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate has experience scaling demand generation for long-tail and SMB-focused digital platforms , and is comfortable both building campaigns hands-on and leading a small team.

Target Profile

  • 5–10 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing

  • Experience leading end-to-end digital acquisition: strategy, execution, and optimization

  • Proven success with SMB or long-tail audience acquisition (SaaS, fintech, marketplace, etc.)

  • Strong with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, landing pages, SEO, and funnel conversion

  • Experience managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales

  • Comfortable with daily 4–6 hour Asia timezone overlap (especially if remote)
