We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper with prior experience in cleaning apartment homes. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize vacant apartment units to prepare them for new residents
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and restrooms
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
• Remove trash and ensure waste areas are kept clean and odor-free
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the property manager promptly
• Follow all safety guidelines and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Required: Experience cleaning apartment homes or similar residential environments
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Experience deep cleaning appliances and getting apartments ready for new move ins
