Cherry Picker Operator Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Cherry Picker-Locator Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a cherry picker (order picker forklift) to move, locate, relocate, and stack products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at heights and able to follow all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve and place products in designated locations.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company policies, OSHA standards, and safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
Valid forklift/cherry picker certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills.
