A successful property management company is seeking an experienced  Property Manager to work in tandem with a Senior Property Manager and Director of Property Management in managing all aspects of a portfolio of commercial, industrial and/or retail properties, including associations and undeveloped land.

• Support daily property management operations and tenant communications.
• Respond to tenant requests and ensure issues are handled professionally and per lease requirements.
• Coordinate property inspections, vendor services, and contract compliance.
• Monitor rent collection; prepare late notices and legal notices as required.
• Maintain accurate tenant and vendor records, including COIs, billing, and contact info.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and CAM reconciliation.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and required documentation.
• Use company systems and technology for communication, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Follow company procedures for safety, compliance, and professional conduct.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years commercial property management experience is required.
• Arizona Real Estate License required; CPM/RPA or related certification preferred.
• Lease documentation, preparation and negotiation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Team-oriented, professional, and able to work independently when needed.

Location: Tempe, Arizona -- near Tempe Town Lake
Work Arrangement: on site M-F, with flexible start time
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 plus full benefits
