Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Picker and Fulfillment specialist at our Faribault, MN warehouse. The shift will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The pay is weekly and the hourly rate is the $19 - $22/hr. range depending on experience.
Position Overview:
Warehouse Picker is responsible for selecting and preparing items for customer orders in a warehouse setting. This includes locating products using order forms, physically retrieving them, and packing them for shipment while ensuring accuracy and packing standards set forth by the company. The role often requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with duties that can also include general warehouse tasks and the operation of various equipment.
