Overview Position Title: Videographer Position Purpose: We\'re looking for a creative filmmaker (primarily a cinematographer, with secondary editing skills) who thrives in a creative environment and gets excited about the chance to experiment in all kinds of genres and content formats. Not afraid to take risks with learning new filmmaking techniques and genres, from fashion campaigns to documentary interviews, Ecommerce, social media campaigns, and more. Essential Functions Cinematography: Lead visual execution on crewed productions, collaborating with directors and other creatives. Design and implement cinematic lighting strategies tailored to each project\'s tone and narrative. Manage lens and lighting rentals, ensuring the right tools are in place for each shoot. Videography: Execute \"one-person-band\" shoots for events, interviews, fashion BTS, tabletop content, and more. Adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining high production standards. Video Editing: Edit across genres, from campaign videos to social content, with a focus on pacing, storytelling, and brand alignment. Emulate reference styles and apply feedback to refine deliverables. Color Correction & Post Finishing: Apply color grading and finishing techniques to elevate visual impact and consistency. Ensure final exports meet platform-specific and brand quality standards. Qualifications Education: High School Years of Experience: 4-6 Years Location Corporate - Los Angeles, CA LA – World Headquarters Compensation Salary Minimum: $68,640.00 Salary Maximum: $80,000.00 Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role.
