The Role: Senior Video Editors We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Senior Video Editor with a deep understanding of editing for YouTube and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories, repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form clips, and maintaining brand consistency across all video outputs. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. Transform raw footage into engaging stories with sharp pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects. Collaborate with content strategists, producers, and social media managers to align editing with content goals and platform trends. Maintain and elevate visual storytelling that reflects the brands voice and tone. Repurpose webinar/podcast/event recordings into snackable clips for wider reach. Implement SEO and thumbnail best practices for YouTube videos. Stay updated with platform-specific trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes. What Kind of Content Will You Create?
