Utility Locator – One Call Concepts Locating Services, Inc. Position: Full‑time Utility Locator. Salary $18.00‑$28.00 per hour based on experience. Medical and Dental Insurance after 90 days. Company vehicle, bonus programs, and 401(k) after 90 days. No remote work. Responsibilities Work independently during core schedule 7 AM – ~4 PM, Monday‑Friday; weekend and after‑hours work as needed. Respond to utility marking requests (tickets) submitted via the State One Call System. Use computer and utility locating equipment to accurately mark the horizontal location of underground facilities. Maintain online ticket management records and ensure proper documentation of marking performed. Adhere to company policies and customer regulations. Participate in 24‑hour on‑call rotation. Qualifications No prior experience required; paid training provided. Strong work ethic, reliability, ability to take direction and follow training. Acceptable driving record; background check and pre‑employment drug screening required. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Familiarity with computers and file navigation. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and meet daily deadlines. Physical ability to walk on varying terrain, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Open to applicants without a high school diploma/GED and without a college diploma; fair‑chance job. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage $18.00‑$28.00; performance bonus up to $2,000 annually.
