United States National Tax Services Merger & Acquisition - Manager Join to apply for the United States National Tax Services Merger & Acquisition - Manager role at PwC Experience Center Stockholm . The Opportunity Manage consulting engagements related to M&A, including reorganizations and divestitures. Supervise and develop teams, oversee client accounts, solve complex problems independently, and leverage technology and innovation to deliver high-quality results. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant experience CPA, Bar membership, or other relevant credentials Juris Doctorate, LLM, or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation can substitute for a Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctorate in Accounting or Taxation Experience with M&A tax matters Strong communication skills Experience mentoring junior staff Building client relationships Managing resources and workflow Fostering trust and innovation in teams Providing timely, constructive feedback Utilizing new and existing technologies Learn more about our work: We are committed to equal opportunity employment and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or other protected status.
