Key Responsibilities:
• Handle estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation when required
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Guide clients through the probate process and educate them on legal options
• Work closely with partners and support staff to ensure seamless case management
• Stay updated on legal developments and apply changes in law to client matters

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or probate litigation
• Active Illinois Bar license
• Strong oral communication and client counseling abilities
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
