Combo Welders & Fitters:$25–$26/hour + $150 Daily Per Diem
Welders:$22–$23/hour + $150 Daily Per Diem
$500 Production Bonus if goals are met
Travel Candidates Eligible for Per Diem for Up to One Year
Schedule & Shift Options
10–15 Hours of Overtime Weekly
Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
OT Available Friday/Saturday
Must Be Willing to Travel to South Carolina for the Duration of the Contract

Position Summary
We are actively seeking skilled and motivated Combo Welders & Fitters to support the fabrication of high-precision steel components for NAVSEA-related projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in flux core and pulse welding, strong fitting skills, and the ability to interpret detailed structural blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
Perform flux core and pulse welding on large steel structures
Fit and align components to blueprint specifications
Interpret welding symbols and schematics accurately
Inspect welds for NAVSEA compliance
Use measuring tools (tape measures, framing squares, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years experience in structural welding and fitting
Proficiency in flux core and pulse welding (required)
Strong blueprint interpretation skills
Ability to convert fractions to decimals down to 1/16" and 1/32"
Experience in shipyards or NAVSEA projects preferred
Familiarity with NAVSEA standards and welding codes is a plus

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
