Job Summary

The Travel Nurse Recruiter plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare by sourcing, screening, and contracting high-quality travel nurse candidates for our facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, maintaining communication with travelers and hospital staff, and meeting established recruitment goals.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate with Hospital Account Managers and travelers on availability and assignment changes.
• Update traveler schedules and maintain accurate records within the system.
• Collaborate with Housing and other departments to ensure timely assignments.
• Develop a pipeline of travel candidates through effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with travelers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Participate actively in team discussions related to recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications like MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

This role involves exerting light physical effort and the ability to operate office equipment. Frequent interactions with staff and the public are expected.
