Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Duties Include:
Evaluate oncology treatment regimens and perform clinical interventions.
Lead clinical research and professional development efforts.
Serve as an educational and operational resource for new treatment regimens.
Supervise IV admixture/chemotherapy preparation and pharmacy technicians.
Maintain medication inventory and assist with policy development.
Collaborate to standardize chemo ordering processes.
Requirements:
MA Pharmacist license or eligibility.
5+ years acute care clinical experience.
pounding experience required.
PGY1 Oncology Residency and BCOP preferred.
Independent work style with strong leadership abilities.
Personal vehicle required.
