Description of the role: As an Automotive Title Clerk at Mercedes Benz and Porsche of Melbourne you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to vehicle titles and registrations. Your main role will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of title paperwork, maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies. You will also work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to facilitate smooth title transfers for customers. Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle in state and out of state title paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Verify and review all required documents for each transaction
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Stocking in new and used vehicles for both stores
• Posting wholesales that are sold weekly at the auction

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive title clerk or in a similar role
• Knowledge of DMV processes and regulations related to vehicle titles
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
