Overview Tax Senior Associate - Private Companies - Dallas. PwC Experience Center Stockholm. Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. Delegate to others, coaching them to deliver results and providing stretch opportunities. Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. Apply a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Required Fields Of Study : Accounting Minimum Years Of Experience : 2 year(s) Certification(s) Required : Must be committed to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Certified Public Accountant, or Member of the Bar. Preferred Qualifications Certification(s) Preferred : CPA or Member of the Bar. Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, partnerships, pass-through entities and Subchapter S corporations by applying technical skills with ASC 740; participating in client discussions and meetings; managing engagements; creating a positive environment; and providing candid feedback in a timely manner. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
