About the work:

You will engineer Service Cloud features and integrations that support customer support, entitlement checks, and returns initiation, with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.

What you'll do:

  • Build LWCs and Apex services that follow platform limits and secure data access patterns.
  • Design and consume APIs; implement Named Credentials, OAuth/JWT, and resilient callouts.
  • Implement flows where appropriate; establish error handling, logging, and retry patterns.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to hand off messages to middleware/ERP and handle responses.
  • Write unit and integration tests with meaningful coverage; participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment hygiene.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong LWC/Apex development background on Service Cloud.
  • Experience designing secure integrations and handling long-running or async operations.
  • Understanding of assets/entitlements, case automation, and scalable data models.
  • Clear communication and comfort working onsite with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to reverse logistics or entitlement-driven workflows.
  • Experience with Copado/Jenkins/SFDX pipelines.
