Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (Indirect Programs)

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Pay rate: $39/hr. to $47/hr.

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Indirect Programs team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing internal supplier, project, and customer service programs within our Supply Chain organization. Reporting to the Indirect Supply Chain Director, the Supply Chain Analyst will provide operational and project support as needed, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal Indirect supplier, project, and customer service programs as assigned.
  • Support Category Director, Managers, and Leads with operational and project support requirements.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for various categories and commodities within the Indirect Supply Chain.
  • Provide advanced support for programs where outsourced first-level support is insufficient.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service responsiveness and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between internal resources and supplier customer service and technical support.
  • Manage price updates and data integrity for contract rate sheets.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for indirect services delivery.
  • Build partnerships with business stakeholders through effective communication and execution.
  • Provide insights on the benefits and drawbacks of different supplier options.
  • Work independently with limited supervision.
  • Assist with preparing RFP bid scoring results/summaries.
  • Assist with identifying and presenting potential suppliers through various search methods.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or sourcing.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide insight and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to internalize new information and become a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks while frequently multitasking.
