Job Title: Senior NetSuite Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time Permanent


In this role you will serve as the organization’s senior NetSuite administrator owning daily operations, configuration, and continuous improvement across ERP, warehouse management, order management, and related integrations. Partner with functional leaders to streamline processes, strengthen data integrity and access controls, and enable scalable, efficient operations.


Your role:

  • Own NetSuite administration across ERP, warehouse management, order entry, and connected applications.
  • Manage roles, permissions, integrations, and configurations; enforce least-privilege and ease of use.
  • Lead ongoing implementation, customization, and enhancement efforts with internal teams and consultants.
  • Partner with finance, procurement, inventory, CRM, and operations to align system design with business outcomes.
  • Prioritize and track enhancement requests; translate requirements into technical work for internal and external resources.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, SuiteAnalytics reports, dashboards, workflows, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues, oversee upgrades, and maintain data integrity, performance, and platform stability.
  • Provide responsive end-user support, training, and updated training materials aligned to current configuration.
  • Run change control, regression testing, and release readiness for all NetSuite modifications.
  • Conduct periodic audits of access, transaction logs, and security settings; remediate gaps promptly.
  • Stay current on NetSuite releases and best practices; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects for data migration, integrations, and process automation.
  • Support operational excellence by standardizing processes and driving continuous improvement.


What you’ve got:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCommerce Advanced, and system configuration.
  • Experience completing at least one full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM modules.
  • Ability to elicit requirements, design solutions, and implement changes efficiently with clear documentation.
  • Strength in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Clear, concise communication and effective stakeholder partnership across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-starter who works independently and manages competing priorities.


Preferred skills (nice to have):

  • NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteCloud Developer certifications.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, and data tools.
  • Background in nonprofit, food distribution, logistics, warehouse management, or transportation systems.
