Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will work on the client’s key operations and business solutions. You will analyze, design, and develop client's information systems and program specifications. You'll also be involved in creation of specification/requirements, and maintenance/ design/build /test phases of systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environment

• Develop upgrade/improvement recommendations

• Monitor, plan and measure impact of new products and services

• Code, test and debug applications and programs

• Participate in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques

• Develop program specifications and detail design documents and assist in testing, training and preparation of operations

*This hybrid role will be required to work in office Monday-Thursday

Required certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Required technical and professional expertise

• At least 5 years of experience demonstrating sound working knowledge of ServiceNow’s core architecture and primary application modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Request, Portal configuration and customization

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuring administration, operating and/or troubleshooting experience

• At least 5 years of experience with ITSM products

• At least 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing ServiceNow Flows, IntegrationHub, and Rest API

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Certified implementation specialist (ITSM)

• Integration experience with SAP Concur

• Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
