Job Title: Construction Manager (luxury spec homes)
Location: Northern Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach / Lake Worth)
Responsibilities: Run multiple ground up spec home projects in Palm Beach County (Up to $5 million in budget size)
Compensation: Up to $150k base + vehicle allowance & benefits
We're a real estate development firm in Palm Beach County and currently building spec homes from $1 - 5 million in size with typical homes 4 - 5 bedrooms & 3 - 5,000 sq ft in size.
