Job Description:
Guide our Agile development teams to success as a Scrum Master, facilitating collaboration, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Continuous Improvement: Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage reflection, feedback, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics. Provide visibility into the team's performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.
Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices. Mentor team members in the adoption of Agile methodologies and help them grow in their roles.
Responsible for guiding the development of an agile team into an effective delivery unit with a sustainable cadence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or equivalent and 10+ years technically relevant work experience
