  • ​This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • ​Responsible for the planning, scheduling and administering of pilots for Operating Experience, Line Checks and all flight line currency requirements in compliance with Company and Federal Regulations.

What you'll do

  • ​Oversees daily operation of pilot flight line qualifications
  • Monitors and fully administers Operating Experience and currency for line pilots
  • Monitors and fully administers Check Airmen schedules daily ensuring adequate coverage
  • Coordinates with FAA involvement in pilot training and currency
  • Coordinates with Crew Schedule to provide Check Airmen for non-qualified line pilots and resolving line pilot currency issues
  • Updates Check Airman and pilot–in-training data and schedules in a variety of applications, databases and Flight Operations System
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Flight Standards Schedules Manager
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of Crew Schedule or Training/Qualifications experience
  • Advanced Flight Operations System/CREWS knowledge and experience

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (required) and Access (preferred)
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities and work independently
