Key Responsibilities

• New Clinic Build-Outs :
• • Configure DEP (Department records), EAF (Enterprise Address File), and all supporting charge review and claim edit work queues for PB.
• Prelude/Cadence Setup :
• • Build DEP settings , provider templates , resources , and patient/referral work queues .
  • Utilize Epic’s Auto Book appointment conversion utility.
• Support clinic moves, name/tax ID changes, affiliations , and satellite expansions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and workflow optimization.

Required Skills

• Epic PB (Professional Billing) build experience.
• Epic Prelude and Cadence build experience.
• Familiarity with Auto Book (Epic’s appointment conversion tool).
• Strong understanding of work queues and Epic configuration for new clinics.
• Community Connect experience is a big plus.
