Position Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing essential administrative support. * This is a full-time, permanent position, paying $15/hour.* Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate person or location. Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed. Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely manner. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations. Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems. Carry out other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
