Title: QA Testers (Medicaid and/or Healthcare focus)- 4 days on-site in Columbia, SC

SYSTEMTEC is seeking multiple QA Testers for an On-Site (4 days a week) opportunity. Candidates will oversee testing initiatives, transform business requirements into detailed test plans and scenarios, and relay findings to the development team. This position centers on maintaining the quality and performance of healthcare systems, with a specialized focus on Medicaid processes.


Required Qualifications of QA Testers:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• At least 5 years of experience in converting business requirements or policy documents into test cases and scenarios.
• A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive knowledge in healthcare operations, particularly Medicaid.
• Experience in reporting and communicating the status of unresolved issues and gaps identified during testing phases.
• Familiarity with manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
• Technical and/or Project Management certifications considered a plus.
• Candidate must be current SC resident.

Responsibilities of the QA Testers:

• Convert business requirements into thorough test cases and scenarios.
• Manage the testing processes to ensure the quality of healthcare systems, with an emphasis on Medicaid operations.
• Report and communicate updates on all unresolved issues and discrepancies discovered during testing phases.
• Collaborate with development teams to effectively communicate and address issues.

Work Location : Must be able to work 4 days a week on-site in Columbia, SC
