About Our Public Finance Group \u001B We are a national public finance investment banking franchise with a diversified business focused on middle market issuers and specialty sector expertise. Our core business is partnering with not-for-profits, private developers, and state and local governments to raise capital for infrastructure projects through the issuance of tax exempt and taxable bonds. Responsibilities Analysts are involved in all steps related to the completion of bond transactions, from RFP responses to preparing bond sizing cash flows and debt profiles to transaction processes. Analysts should be prepared for direct interaction with senior bankers and clients in a highly competitive, rewarding, team-oriented environment to execute successful financings.
