Psychiatry - Addiction Physician at ProLocums summary:

A Psychiatry - Addiction Physician responsible for providing psychiatric care to patients with mental health disorders including addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia at a 22-bed inpatient facility. The role involves managing 10-15 patients daily, conducting consultations, and working with a multidisciplinary team. The physician must hold ABPN certification, an active Illinois medical license, DEA registration, and ACLS certification while working a 7 days on/7 days off schedule with on-call responsibilities.

SCHEDULE :

• 7 days on 7 days off
• Starting on a Tuesday 7a- Monday 7p
• They will take call 3-5 days a week. Call can be taken off site

JOB INFORMATION :

• Looking for a psychiatry hospitalist
• ABPN: American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified
• Must have a active license
• 22 bed inpatient facility in the mental health unit
• General Psychiatry- treating patients with depression, bi-polar, alcohol abuse, Schizophrenia
• 10-15 patients a day
• Around 1 consult a day
• The have a full staff: nurses, case managers, therapist, 1 other provider on site
• ABPN: American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified
• Must have a active license
• Looking for a psychiatry hospitalist
