Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening in Global Supply Chain for a Principal/Sr Principal Project Management to join our team.
This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA supporting a hybrid schedule, reporting to the office every week.
The selected candidate will help drive GSC integration across multiple tiers of the Research and Advanced Design Supply Chain. They will focus on supply chain execution and drive process improvements to ensure alignment with program priorities.

They will be able to successfully complete diverse work assignments and effectively collaborate in team settings across all levels. This selected candidate must be able to collaborate closely with executive and program leadership. They will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business.
This role is responsible for leading all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through execution and contract closeout. Primary responsibilities require oversight of all functions across the supply chain for a particular work scope, including but not limited to: Requirements and Planning, Supplier Management, Business Management, Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Logistics.
Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00 Salary Range 2: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
