As a leading manufacturing company in the industry, we take immense pride in our commitment to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities: Operate powder coating equipment and machinery to apply coatings to various products, ensuring a flawless finish and uniform coverage. Conduct quality checks throughout the coating process, maintaining high standards of excellence. Utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues that may arise. Employ basic math skills to measure and mix powder coatings accurately, adhering to precise specifications. Safely operate a forklift to move and transport materials within the production area. Demonstrate physical strength and agility, as you may occasionally need to lift and handle 55lb bags. Exhibit exceptional dependability and reliability to meet production deadlines consistently. Qualifications: Proven mechanical aptitude with a keen ability to understand and operate complex machinery. Basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and mixing of powder coatings. Previous forklift experience is required for this position. Physical ability to lift and handle heavy objects, including 55lb bags, as needed. A track record of being dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
