We are seeking a Pizza Chef, Cook, Waitress, Hostess to join our dedicated staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food including Pizza Pasta 
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders 
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking ITALIAN a must!
• Must know how to make Pizzas in wood oven
• For Cooks Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• If applying for Waitress top skills in FOH
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

Our style is fast casual Trattoria/Pizzeria which means family restaurant, all dishes are hard core old fashion Italian with a few exceptions for American taste, we offer full menu, pizza, gelato, street food, catering, bakery, wine & beer and have Federal Trademarks and copyrights. Registerd for Franchises we are poised for growth
