Salary to be discussed. The primary responsibilities in this role, within a team of 3 in the accounting department, include overseeing all financial aspects of the companies. Additional responsibilities include: Process and review invoices for accuracy Post and process rent receipts transactions and maintain accounts receivable Perform bank reconciliations and download bank statements from various banking platforms Prepare monthly AR reports and tenant billings Set up vendor accounts (e.g., provide COI, W-9, etc.) Prepare and track property taxes and other business taxes/licenses Maintain accounting books for real property entities, owner’s other business entities, and personal books Assist in the processing of income statements and other financial statements Assist with accounting projects Maintain and update file management This role requires onsite presence 3 times per week.
