Integrated Mechanical Solutions (IMS) is seeking an Outside Sales Rep. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and a research expert with MS Office, computer, and time management skills. The ideal candidate would have HVAC experience (sales, design, project management or field knowledge of HVAC) and/or a mechanical engineering degree.

IMS is an applied HVAC Rep/Sales Firm selling products such as Carrier, Steam-O-Vap, FabricAir, Seresco, etc. Please review our product offerings at We serve South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, and Iowa. This position will require travel within the territory, visiting engineers and customers regularly.

Duties:

Research and acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offering.

Establish and maintain engineering/customer relations with regular visits.

Work with engineers/customers promoting IMS as a company and our product offering.

Identify and pursue opportunities throughout our territory.

Work with engineers/customers to help identify opportunities throughout our territory.

Visit job sites with clients to assist in equipment selections.

Travel is required (trade shows, manufacturer’s events, and client trips/outings/visits).

Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation/benefits:

Salaried Position (TBD) based on experience and commission will be paid as a percentage of profit.

401K up to 4% match after one full year of employment.
