With a solid surgical foundation already in place, the practice is now seeking to expand its team to meet growing patient demand.
Position Summary We are seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a respected private surgical practice with an outstanding community reputation. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who values autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to grow within a supportive, patient-centered environment. The incoming surgeon will benefit from a steady flow of referrals, experienced clinical staff, and the flexibility to build a schedule that supports both personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities - Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, pathology, and other procedures within training and comfort level.
- Provide clear, compassionate patient communication and comprehensive treatment planning.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced surgical team and administrative staff.
- Maintain excellent relationships with referring general dentists and specialists.
- Ensure high standards of safety, documentation, ethics, and continuity of care.
Qualifications - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility).
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered, high-quality surgical care.
