The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the National Neuropathy Center, overseeing all business operations and staff, and setting the clinic's overall tone. This leadership position demands a comprehensive understanding and effective management of all office processes.
As the office leader, you will be responsible for upholding our business philosophy, guaranteeing efficient clinic function, prioritizing exceptional patient care, and promoting the well-being of individual staff members. This includes understanding each team member and adapting your communication style for effective engagement.
Given our status as a medical clinic, the Office Manager must acquire thorough knowledge of all our services to confidently and intelligently discuss them with patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain organized filing systems and records.
Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a positive and efficient office atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Medical office experience is preferred.
