The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the plant equipment and facilities, all equipment breakdowns, and the supervision of technicians.

• Assign, schedule, add, and update preventative maintenance activities through Dude Solutions software
• Manage and assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns with technicians to keep downtime to a minimum
• Perform root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement/recommend changes to eliminate/minimize future issues
• Assist other engineering staff in design reviews and capital project implementations
• Educate, coach, lead, and discipline technicians to ensure safe work practices, compliance to corporate policies, and the following of standard maintenance procedures
• Coordinate outside contractors as required for facility maintenance and repair
• Review, implement, and recommend small and large projects to reduce cost and/or improve equipment efficiency
• Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

• High school diploma required
• Engineering degree preferred

Experience:

• Supervisor experience in a manufacturing facility
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment required

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position starts at $73,050. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
