We are seeking a Plant Specialist/Salesperson to join our team!

Overview:

Local, luxury home and garden retailer is seeking a dedicated, passionate, Plant sales specialist. Responsible for providing a personalized client experience and be positive and energetic and a go getter! Our Plant area is located outside so you must be able to tolerate varying weather conditions. Horticulture background or 3 years Plant selling experience is a PLUS.

Qualifications:

• Plant Sales Experience is a Plus
• Greet and assist customers and drive sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and delivering memorable client experiences.
• Impeccable follow through
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
• Ability to communicate with your fellow coworkers and be a team player
• Retail floor energy
• Collaborative personality and works harmoniously with others
• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Weekend hours required
• Merchandising experience, a PLUS!
