City Toyota is looking to hire both entry level, and experienced full-time Express/Lube Technicians (40 hours per week). We value work-life balance and offer the option to choose between a rotating 4/10 schedule or a standard 5/8 schedule, accommodating your personal needs and preferences. Our training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as an Express/Lube Technician and to provide opportunities for advancement within the company.

Pay

• The Express/ Lube Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $30.00.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all maintenances to the Toyota standard
• Double check all vehicles to ensure quality workmanship prior to delivering to customers
• Clearly document all work done as well as any necessary recommendations
• Be willing to pursue further education and training as the industry changes
• Participate in required Company and equipment training
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and DMV record in good standing
• Thorough, self-motivated, organized, clean, and require minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, reading, writing and computer proficient
• Proficient knowledge regarding; alignments, brakes, shocks & struts, general maintenance, and suspension repair. Diagnostic skills are a plus!
• Must be a team player
