🌟 Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment covering both pediatric and adult cases. This is an hourly, non-inclusive assignment with competitive pay and full travel support.

🕒 Schedule & Coverage

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

• FTE: 1.0 (full-time)

• Shift Duration: 8 - and 10-hour shifts

• Call: ❌ No call required

• EMR: Epic

🏥 Practice Model

• Care Model: Collaborative CRNA/MD team

• Supervision Ratio: Standard care model

• Patient Age Range: 0–99 years (no NICU <6 months)

• Average Patient Volume: 30–40 cases/day

• Cases per Provider: 1–8 cases/day

💉 Case Mix

Pediatrics & Adult Surgical Cases:

• Pediatric: ENT, General Surgery, Urology, BMT, Oculoplastics

• Adult: Ortho, GYN/Oncology, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ECT

• Daily mix varies: from no peds cases to all-peds rooms

Locum CRNAs typically handle adult cases but must be comfortable with pediatric anesthesia when assigned.

🩺 Requirements

✅ Active CRNA/APRN license
✅ Board Certified CRNA
✅ Certifications: ACLS, PALS
✅ Minimum Commitment: 3 shifts per week
✅ Flu vaccination required

🌴 Travel & Housing

• Full Travel Provided

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

💰 Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $240 - $250/hr
