Litigation Associate Attorney – Remote Flexibility & Trial Exposure | Chicago, IL
A respected litigation firm in Chicago is seeking a civil litigation associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing team. This opportunity offers remote flexibility and the chance to work across commercial, personal injury, and federal litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation and personal injury matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings
• Work closely with partners and senior counsel on trial preparation

Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience
• Illinois Bar admission required
• JD from an accredited law school
• Background in personal injury, commercial, or federal litigation strongly preferred
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
