A respected civil litigation firm is seeking a  Litigation Associate Attorney (4786)to join its dynamic Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex litigation with a trial-focused team at one of Washington’s premier defense firms.

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and general liability defense
• Conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, and engage in oral advocacy
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys and gain immediate exposure to courtroom practice
• Work directly with clients, experts, and colleagues in a supportive and professional environment
• Manage caseloads with autonomy while being mentored toward growth and advancement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience
• Washington State Bar license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in trial work
