We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

​Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the health of patients, which can include taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and respiration
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications and injections to consumers
  • Provide wound care and apply dressings to wounds
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Collect samples for laboratory testing, such as blood and urine samples
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatments
  • Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and how to manage them
  • Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to health information management guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
