ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients, providing comprehensive advice on insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
Policy Sales: Proactively sell insurance policies, ensuring clients understand their coverage and its benefits. Use product knowledge to provide options that fit clients' requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering confidence and trust through exceptional customer service.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to offer current and relevant advice to clients.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards, maintaining records accurately in the company database.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive company culture that thrives on success.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active Tennessee Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet client needs.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic and a positive, inviting attitude towards customers.
