Management Level Senior Associate

Youll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Youll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese.
Certification(s) Required :
Must be committed to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Certified Public Accountant or Member of the Bar.
Certification(s) Preferred :
CPA or Member of the Bar.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
