Job is located in Lakemoor, IL

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School or GED
• Basic carpentry skills aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• ​Use of arms and hands.
• Good eyesight, including depth and color perception and peripheral vision.
• Able to pass random drug tests.
• Able to maneuver construction sites on foot.
• Able to read and interpret plans & diagrams

TASKS AND DUTIES OF JOB:

• Interprets plans and diagrams
• Prepares stone products including shaping and polishing as needed
• Fabricate products according to plans, includes leveling and making joints as needed
• Cuts holes for sinks, faucets, cooktops and other applications as needed
• Properly work with silicone, epoxy, sealers, and other bonding agents
• Loading and unloading of custom stone products without breakage
• Maintain appropriate hour and production records as instructed by supervisor
• Communicate with supervisor on a consistent basis with job and travel updates
• Assist other departments as needed

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Cooperate with management and other employees; develop and demonstrate teamwork
• Complete assigned projects within the allocated time by supervisor
• No more than two moving violations within a three year period
• Must have and maintain drivers license
• No additional costs are incurred due to employee error
• Contribute to the overall success of the company
