Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Grant Writer to join our team. As a Volunteer Grant Writer, you will research, draft, and submit grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other funding organizations. Proposal Writing: Write compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents, tailored to the requirements of each funding opportunity. Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and other team members to gather necessary information and insights for proposals. Submission: Ensure timely submission of grant applications and track their progress. Follow-Up: Assist in follow-up communications with funders and provide any additional information or documentation as required. Reporting: Support the preparation of progress and final reports for funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, or a related field. Skills: Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
