Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stone Installer to join our installation team. This role involves delivering and installing stone countertops, vanities, and other stone products at residential and commercial job sites while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and unload stone products from the shop to job sites.
• Install stone countertops, backsplashes, vanities, and other stone products to company standards.
• Follow installation plans, templates, and measurements to ensure a precise fit.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members on-site.
• Perform touch-ups, polishing, and adjustments as needed for a perfect finish.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at job sites and in company vehicles.
• Report any issues, damages, or discrepancies to the installation manager promptly.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a stone, countertop, or solid surface installer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of stone materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.) and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and follow shop drawings, templates, and measurements.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy stone slabs (up to 100+ lbs) with assistance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
